Palmetto Animal League Golf Tournament

Today, November 4, the Palmetto Animal League Charity Golf Tournament commences. Their vision is to build a community where every neglected animal has a second chance at life, Palmetto Animal League’s (PAL) annual charity golf tournament raised nearly $30,000 dollars last year with hopes of surpassing their fundraising this year.

Their golf tournament format is a four-person shamble, (best drive is selected and all four players play their own ball from there) two best net scores. Awards will be given for the teams with the lowest scores, closest to the pin, and more. Both individuals and teams are involved, and sharing widgets are found on their charity golf tournament website for Facebook and Twitter so that they can spread the word with their personal networks.

The PAL Charity Golf Tournament website also manages their sponsor promotion and management, complete event management, team pairing, and detailed order and financial reporting. The administration area provides a complete player database storing registration information (name, address, phones, payment details, email, etc.) as well as email broadcast and email template capability, allowing the tournament directors to easily communicate with registered players, sponsors, or prospective supporters.

Palmetto Animal League’s state-of-the-art Adoption Center provides living space for approximately 120 adoption-ready cats and dogs. With the help of generous donors and volunteers they have been able to to find loving homes and provide rescue and medical help, food assistance, foster care and rehabilitation for over 7000 animals since 2002.

Find out about cost effective Internet payment processing to manage your charity golf tournament donations and registrations with POS machines (swiped equipment), mobile payment processing, smart phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops.
